Shipping and Returns
Our shipper of choice is USPS. Review USPS shipping protocol, here. We try to get a shipment of orders out every single day.
Buyers assume all responsibility for their package. We can not be held liable or refund missing packages. Review USPS lost package information, here.
A tracking number is sent to shoppers once one is generated and relayed back to us. If this information is missing, or if your confirmation email never arrives, please contact us with all pertinent information.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Each item has been owned and worn by a previous owner, and likely carries small imperfections or signs of use. We try to be as descriptive as possible on product pages with regard to overall condition and specific flaws. With that said, we do accept returns on items that were grossly misrepresented online or damaged in transit, for store credit.
Store credit can be sought for items misrepresented online or damaged in transit within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our team to confirm your return before shipping items back to the store.
Shoppers will receive a credit code, via email, to enter at checkout approximately 5–10 business days after our written confirmation.
